If you would like the convenience of yoga in your home or office I come to you. Prices listed beneath are for a maximum transportation time of 30 minutes (each way) . Mats and props can be provided initially, though for ongoing clients I will make suggestions on what to purchase. Please note individual lessons and packages expire 6 months after purchase. N.B. If you have a serious muscle, joint or back injury or condition we highly recommend seeing our holistic chiropractor to assess the proper treatment plan for you.

I work one- on- one with you and design a unique plan to obtain your individual goals. At scheduled time and place, I meet with you in person, over the phone or over Skype, which allows flexibility in your busy schedule. Having the option to get a coaching at any moment without leaving your home is a big plus.
